Administrative Arrangements: |
The Land Charity now has a separate office, which will be open for enquiries
etc. from 10am to 4pm on Wednesdays.
Visitors to the Land Charity office are welcome by appointment.
Outside the above hours (but during normal working hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday),
enquiries can be made by phone on 01484 690755); please provide your name/contact details to the
receptionist, with brief details of the nature of your call, and your enquiry will be dealt with as soon
as possible.
Alternatively, you can email the Land Charity Officer on
holmevalleylandcharity@ssbuk.com and you will receive
a response as soon as possible.
Outside normal working hours and in case of emergency regarding a specific Land Charity site,
please phone 01484 690755 and leave your name/contact details and a clear message on voicemail;
voicemail will be checked frequently and all calls dealt with as quickly as possible.
The aim of the above is to make communications with the Land Charity more effective and improve
the efficiency and time-management of the Officer to the Land Charity.
Future meetings of the Land Charity Management Committee will be held at Victoria Court;
meetings of the Council (as Trustee) will be held in the Council Chamber of Holme Valley Parish
Council, Council Offices, Huddersfield Road, Holmfirth HD9 3JP. Full details of Council (as Trustee)
meeting dates will be published on the Land Charity website, as well as Agendas and Minutes.
